Driveway Sealing
At Squeegee Clean Windows & Property Maintenance we don't only offer driveway sealing for curb appeal but to prolong the life of your asphalt driveway. When the aggregates in your black driveway become dull gray, the liquid component that binds the aggregates is being lost. That is when your driveway will start to heave, crack, or deteriorate even more. Your driveway can be restored to its original condition and prevented from deteriorating further with the application of a tar-based asphalt sealer. You will also notice improved visual appeal after your driveway has been professionally sealed.

Before we seal the driveway we clean it from dirt, debris, and other materials. We tape off and shield components around the driveway to prevent overspray during the sealing process. Immediately after laying down your asphalt driveway, tar-based sealant is applied. Following the sealing process, vehicles and pedestrians are prevented from accessing the driveway. Foot traffic should be restricted for 12-24 hours, and vehicle traffic should be restricted for 24-48 hours. As always customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
